Dating In Dental School Site:forums.studentdoctor.net
I'm here to share my experience on how i got into dental school with LOW GPA. If you have a GPA 3.5+, i don't think my advice will help you. GPA: first of all, i have a very low gpa. When i graduated from undergrad, I had a 2.73 overall, my science gpa was even lower.
True, there are just as high rates of divorce as the regular population, but classmates going through the same intense process of dental school tend to sleep together. Dental assisting and hygiene schools tend to be in community colleges since one is a certificate and the other is an associates degree. Relationships/Dating in Dental School Too many current dental school students and practicing dentists tell me that relationships (especially LDRs) and even marriages don't survive dental school. At this point I'm starting to think it's not so much a matter of 'if', but more a matter of 'when'.
I was hoping I could get some advice since this is a military thread. I recently started dating a doctor who is in the army studying emergency medicine. We are currently doing long distance because he is at a VA hospital training. What advice can you give or what can i expect? Besides the 3 hour time difference he is also in the ED most of the time with no cell service. I want to be a supportive as I can but it's hard to know what to expect.
Thank you for your help and for your service!
